Born and raised in the Everett area, I’ve always been passionate about serving and supporting the people and places that make our north Puget Sound community thrive. I grew up here, I’m raising my family here, and I am deeply connected to this community.
After nearly a decade in the insurance industry, it is clear to me that all too often, insurance companies (and agents) treat their customers like a number. They forget that real people, facing real-life problems, are at the other end of every conversation.
Prior to my career in insurance, I spent 15 years in the hospitality industry working in 4- and 5-diamond hotels and resorts. I understand what it takes to create a quality experience from start to finish, exceeding client expectations.
To put it bluntly, insurance needs to be done better, and we’re actively leading this transformation for our clients.
